Dr. P. Sethuraman Sivakumar is a Senior Scientist at ICAR-Central Tuber Crops Research Institute, Thiruvananthapuram, India. He has Doctoral degree in Agriculture from Orissa University of Agriculture & Technology, India (2009). His research interests have focused on the sensory and consumer research on tuber crops. Dr. Sivakumar was a Fulbright Postdoctoral Fellow (2013-2014) at the Department of Psychology, Florida State University, USA where he conducted studies on stress induced eating.
